A special thanks to Mohamed Jayashaan (based in Malé) who really saved our vacation when TMA lost our luggage on the returning flight to Male. He supported us dealing with TMA and the Police and eventually was able to find our luggage when we had lost hope and were bracing for a return to Milan in our swim suits.

First of all, thank you for our stay at your resort. We had a pleasant time overall, and there were several aspects that we truly appreciated, as well as a few areas where we believe improvements could be made.
The service quality was very good. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We also enjoyed the food very much — the quality and variety were excellent.
However, we unfortunately experienced issues with the hot water supply. The availability and temperature of the hot water were not always satisfactory, which affected our comfort during the stay. We kindly ask you to review and improve this.
In addition, we feel that more attention could be given to the general condition of the bungalows and the walkways. In some areas, there are visible signs of wear and tear. Especially the jetties and the terraces of the villas would benefit from renovation and better maintenance. Investing more in the upkeep of these facilities would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and better reflect the standard of the resort.
We also noticed that the resort seems to be strongly focused on Italian guests. While this is understandable, a more international orientation in some areas might make other guests feel equally addressed and included.
Another point concerns energy management. In some areas, lights appeared to remain on throughout the entire night. A more efficient electricity and lighting management system would improve sustainability and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
Lastly, we kindly encourage you to continue taking care of and further improving the house reef. Protecting and maintaining it is very important, and ongoing efforts in this area would be highly appreciated.
We hope you will take this feedback in the constructive spirit in which it is intended. With improvements in maintenance, infrastructure, and sustainability, the resort has great potential to provide an even better experience in the future.

Fantastic experience and truly wonderful staff in every department. A few suggestions for improvement:
• The water sports equipment could benefit from being renewed or upgraded.
• The waiting time between arrival and the seaplane departure is excessively long, resulting in the loss of almost an entire day. Unfortunately, we experienced the same delay last year. It is also unclear why this waiting time does not apply equally to all passengers.
• The sunset cocktail should be scheduled on a different day than the gala dinner.
• The Wi-Fi service could be improved.
• The change in the Neos flight schedule after booking — including the timetable modification and the addition of a 2.5-hour stop in Bari — is not acceptable.
