In collaboration with Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE), we bring Europe’s finest culinary talents to the Maldives. From December 2025, world-class JRE Chefs will craft exclusive Gala Dinners at our Diamonds Resorts, blending artistry, flavor, and passion in paradise.

The eleventh edition of Dining with the Stars returns to the Maldives, offering a luxury culinary experience unlike any other. In collaboration with JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs and curated by Martino Crespi, this exclusive event brings together renowned chefs from around the world for a series of unforgettable gourmet dinners.

Set against the breathtaking natural beauty of the islands, Dining with the Stars combines fine dining, creativity, and local culture into moments that linger long after the last bite. Each evening, guests can savor innovative menus, meet the culinary masters behind each dish, and immerse themselves in the authentic Maldivian island experience.

More than a dinner, this event is a celebration of culinary artistry and island lifestyle, where the stars shine both on the plate and above in the night sky.
