Worked in both Thudufushi’s and Athuruga’s main kitchen and over water kitchen, Jahangir grasped a comprehensive understanding of every food we make on the island. During his cooking show, he is very fond of interacting with guests. As a fast learner with high work ethics, Jahangir masters everything he learns from the professional Japanese chef and is now taking the lead of the Teppanyaki restaurant.
